Orchestra 'rents and bunny cake heaven

Ma and Pa performed in the Firth Community Orchestra a week ago. What a bunch of champs.
And yesterday! Happy Easter. And it's not Easter without a pink bunny cake sprinkled by children.

And Here's my final quilt result I made all by myself when my mom was gone to Nauvoo. Aunt Dawn quilted it (!) And it's on my wall for now.

This is the one and only day Nick graduated from BYU-I with a bachelor's of science in exercise physiology. Looks about right...

March flew by

So- this was a while ago, but the first weekend of March, we had a sista vaca as we called it. Just a getaway down to Utah with the sisters and mama. So fun.... and I had a birthday!
They threw me a little surprise b-day party complete with a cupcake cake and presents. Very nice

And THEN, on my real birthday, I had a real surprise birthday party I had no clue about. At this point, I had a terrible headache from all the surprise and happy people, but why not have one bite of ice cream?

From that dinner I made the other week? Well, I don't recommend this. But sometimes I tend to be a bit forgetful. And we couldn't smell it cause it was trapped in the bread box. But I'll tell you what. Sick. and Disgusting...

V-day and food

We had a family dinner last Sunday and I brought everyone Superman Valentine's that actually had tattoos in every one. So I promptly tattooed everyone.
This is chicken parmesan from Kallie's recipe. Oh it was divine...
And here's the Valentine's treats: cake for Bri and I took cookie decorating lessons from A. I'm a natural

Joseph!!!!

Thanks to A for letting me borrow the game. I finally pulled it off. And it was a sure hit. I think besides me, Hagen enjoyed it the most- with Jake coming close behind. We got all sweaty and had more fun laughing at everyone else, but also getting laughed at. Even after everyone left Jake, Brian, and I kept going all by ourselves.
